okay, so i have this friend,Mash[not her real name;], and when we were joking around one day we somehow got onto the subject of her writing some epic love story about yours truly [me] and the one and only Brendon Urie. shes never written any sort of story before, and shes not even aware that bandom exists, and only recently became a fan of Panic!. But she did say that i could share what she wrote with the world. so I am. this is only the beginning, and i was too busy fangirling to even notice if the story is actually any good. i'll stop rambling now. hope it all fits in here.... *crosses fingers* (side note: yeah okay in this all the Panic! boys are 14....and live in Canada....and are straight... but wtf ever. its still awesome) P.S. please comment if you read. i promise virtual cookies for anyone who does!
Sandra had had a bad week at school and it seemed nothing could have made it worse. Hardly noticing her surroundings Sandra stomped down the school stairs towards her locker on the second floor. When turning the corner into the hallway where her locker was located, she collided with someone. Not caring who it was, she continued towards her locker. Little did Sandra know that she had just bumped into the boy of her dreams, Brendon Urie. Brendon on the other hand noticed Sandra, never knowing she existed until that day. Suddenly Brendon had the need to know who this mystery girl was so he turned around and went after Sandra.
By this point Sandra was already at her locker and had a huge mass of other freshmen blocking Brendon from getting to her. Heading towards the doors, Sandra had a rush of joy when it suddenly occured to her she was done school for the week. She quickly pushed though the crowd. Waiting outside the doors was Sandra's best friend Layla, waiting to take her to her dad's car for a ride home. Sandra jumped into the car with her, and just as the car was pulling away from the school Brendon came outside. He saw Sandra in the car, and not thinking, quickly ran after the car.
Unfortunately for Brendon, the vice principal stopped him before he could get too far.
"What do you think you're doing Mr. Urie?"
"Um, nothing. Just wanted to see who was in that car"
"No more chasing cars Brendon. Please return to what you were doing before chasing that car"
"Yes sir."
Melancholy, Brendon headed back towards his locker to grab his backpack and head home. He walked slowly thinking about whether or not he would ever see the mystery girl again. In his pessimistic mood he contiually thought that the mystery girl wouldn't return or that he may not recognize her the next time he saw her. By the time he was home he was frustrated with himself for a reason he wasn't sure of.
Sandra on the other hand was as happy as she could be. School was over for the week and she didn't have to work this weekend. Being as happy as she was she phoned up Layla and Andreanna in a three way call.
"Hey Layla! Hey Andreanna!"
"Hey Sandy n' Andy"
"Hey anyone want to have a sleep over tonight? Possibly at Sandy's house?"
"Course you offer my house"
"Sure! I'm in"
"Me too."
"Okay, let me just ask my mom. Yeah you guys can come over when ever. You want me to invite Jenny and Alexis too?"
"Yes!"
"Definitly!"
"See you soon then!"
"Okay! Bye!"
Hanging up the phone Sandra realized that her basement was a mess and that there is was no possible way of fitting all five people comfortably. She quickly cleaned up the mess and sprayed some air freshner so that the smell of cat shit would go away. Right after she sat down the door bell rang. Layla, was Sandra's first thought.
Layla was the crazy one of the group. She was always jumping around coming up with insane ideas of things to do. Majority of the time these ideas involved Sandra's kitchen, cake mix and olive oil. Layla could be really quiet at times, but if anyone gave her or showed her any sign of sugar, she could turn into a very annoying person. Though Layla could be hyper and annoying, she was very intelligent when it came to school. Even though she did have a terrible english vocabulary she would find a way to ace English and keep up her high average.
Getting up off the couch, Sandra ran up the stairs to answer the door. She unlocked the door and before she had time to turn the knob to open the door, the door swung open in front of her, barely giving her time to jump out of the way. This was typical Layla behaviour. Actually, this was typical most of her friends. Often when her house door was open she would find that her friends would end up in her basement without her having to get up to answer the door.
Casually, Layla walked into Sandra's house and instinctually headed to the basement. Throwing her blanket (Layla never brought a sleeping bag), pillow and backpack onto the chair beside the tv, she jumped onto the couch beside Sandra. Sandra had Bones in the DVD player and since Layla was a crazy fan of Bones along with Sandra, they sat there watching 'The Man in the Morgue' while they waited for the other guests to arrive.
Ding Dong!
Before Sandra could get up, Layla was already at the top of the stairs opening the door to Andreanna, Alexis and Jenny who had carpooled to the house. Sandra didn't bother to go meet everyone upstairs and just stayed downstairs watching Bones.
Once everyone had gotten downstairs, Sandra turned off Bones and they all sat down and did typical sleepover things. They talked about things that happened at school, things they didn't like about people, but mostly boys. Sandra had never told any of her friends about Brendon. Her secret crush since she first saw him in the halls on the first day of grade nine.
"Sandy, we all know you like someone. Just spill! Who is it?", Layla half shouted.
Grunt, was all that came out of Sandra.
"Come on Sandy! Who is it?", Andreanna continued, "You know you can trust m-- us"
"Yeah Sandy! Tell us!", was Jenny and Alexis' reaction.
"No one! Who do you like?" Sandra retaliated.
"Well.." Andreanna started, "firstly, I have a boyfriend and so do Alexis and Jenny."
"I meant Layla."
"I don't like anyone" Layla quickly replied.
"And neither do I!"
"But..."
"Yeah."
Sandra had clearly won that arguement. A small satisfied smirk appeared on Sandra's face because her friends were no closer to finding out about Sandra's crush than they were a few minutes ago. Sandra didn't tell anyone about her crushes. Not anymore. Not after the incident in grade six.
Three years ago Sandra had a friend who she trusted. That friend didn't care that Sandra trusted her and went ahead and told people about Sandra's crush. This and many other things tore up their friendship and now they are friends no more.
It was quickly getting late and before the girls knew it, it was four in the morning and they were all heading to bed. They changed into their pyjamas, brushed their teeth, and lay on the couches talking until they were slowly falling asleep. That night Sandra had the best dreams of her life. Prince Charming was dancing with her at the school semi-formal. She looked up again and staring into his beautiful brown eyes she realized who it really was. Brendon Urie.
The two danced for so long yet it felt like such a small amount of time to Sandra. She had never had such a wonderful dream. Staring into Brendon's brown eyes, dancing gracefully to the music and feeling like the most important person in the world her dream continued. Then the song then came to an end and Sandra felt herself stop dancing. Next thing she noticed Brendon was leaning over her about to kiss her when -- like in many stories-- she was shaken awake by Andreanna and kicked in the shin by Layla and her weak kicks.
"Whaaaat?"
"Wake up! It's like... not morning!" Layla was kicking Sandra.
"You mean eleven?" Jenny called over.
Jenny was the girl who was perfect in every way. She was nice to everyone, she didn't show her hate towards anyone and she excelled in both athletics and academics. Jenny was also attached to her phone at all times. Continuously texting her boyfriend and her best friends were something you would rarely NOT find Jenny doing. If Jenny could take one thing to a deserted island it would definitly be her phone -- and maybe some service bars.
"Yeah eleven... that's not morning right?" Layla questioned with a confused look on her face.
"Go back to bed," Alexis moaned in her sleep.
"But we're hungry!" Andreanna exclaimed as her stomach grumbled.
"Bleh. I hate you guys." Sandra grumbled as she got up and headed towards the washroom.
"We love you too!" Layla and Andreanna replied together.
"You know it's true" Jenny added while texting.
Once Sandra got back everyone helped out and made pancakes for breakfast. Then, as quickly as they had arrived, everyone dissappeared. After closing the door when Andreanna had left, Sandra went back down to the basement and turned on her beloved laptop. Crash! This sound was perfectly normal to Sandra. Her first thought was, Stupid cat. She then rushed upstairs to see what had been broken.
As she jumped up the last stair she noticed that what ever had been broken, it wasn't the cat's fault. Someone had just egged Sandra's house with hard-boiled eggs. The window in Sandra's kitchen was smashed and in the background she could hear the sound of teenage boys laughing and running off. On instict Sandra called her mom who then told her that they would solve the problem once she got home later that day.
After speaking to her mom Sandra quickly went back down to the basement and signed on to msn. There was a surprise waiting for her on msn though. As a joke, all her friends thought that it would be funny to say that Sandra likes a boy from her old school named Cody. On all of their names the words 'Sandra Loves Cody' were also included. This caused Sandra to get annoyed enough that she signed off of msn and looked up some por-- images on google. She searched up Brendon.
Brendon was in a band called Panic! At The Disco and they were widely known around the school. Though they had just started the band they had already gotten a few gigs at birthday parties and school dances. Well, the one school dance which they became famous at. This one dance resulted in their popularity which then resulted to their photos being all over the internet.
Sandra thought it was probably creepy that she was internet stalking Brendon, but she did it anyways. Panic!, for short, consisted of Ryan Ross, Brendon Urie, Spencer Smith and Brent Wilson. But currently Brent was being a pain in the ass and Brendon,Ryan & Spencer were considering booting him out. They decided in the end to let him sit out temporarily and have Jon Walker filling in for Brent.
Searching through the few pictures of Brendon that were available on Google, Sandra eventually got bored and decided that she should go search videos on Youtube. She looked up Brendon's channel and his latest video shocked Sandra.
Brendon had recently, a few minutes ago, posted a video about a search for a girl. "Hey guys, it's me Brendon and on Friday I accidentally bumped into this girl." Then a blurry cellphone picture showed up of Sandra getting into Layla's car. "If anyone knows who this girl is, please tell me. I think I experienced love at first sight, but I wont know unless I figure out who she is. So please help me guys"
Sandra replayed that video about twenty times before final getting it through her head that Brendon thought that she was his love at first sight. She didn't know what to do. Should she carry on with her life without telling Brendon that it's her? or should she tell Brendon? Sandra was so confused and frustrated she shut off her laptop and took a nap.
Maybe he got the wrong girl. Maybe he's fooling around. Maybe -- Maybe this or maybe that was all that was going through Sandra's head as she tried to sleep for the few hours that she could. After her mind had finally gone through all her thoughts she finally fell asleep. Then her dream continued from where it had ended earlier that day. Brendon leaned over to kiss Sandra, but he stopped a few inches short. He lifted his head and was staring into the eyes of different girl. A girl that was not Sandra. Brendon left Sandra and walked over to the other girl. Just as he was about to walk out of the room with her Sandra woke up. She was sweating and was shaking.
Quickly she got up and for once in her life, Sandra didn't know what to do in the situation. She was lost in thought. She went downstairs and spoke to her mom about the broken window, ate dinner quickly without much conversation and then finished her homework. She then went back up to her room and sat on her bed reading a new book that she had recently bought.
Sandra lay on her bed reading non-stop for hours, trying to get Brendon out of her mind. He just wouldn't seem to leave her thoughts. After reading more than half the book, it was almost one o'clock and Sandra was starting to get tired. She closed her book, turned off the lights and went to bed.

***
at lunch hour the next day
"Hey! Sandra!"
Sandra swung around to see who it was. Andreanna and Layla came runnning up to her from down the hallway as fast as they could. Before stopping Layla quickly blurted out, "Brendon Urie posted a video over the weekend and the whole school's seen it an-an-an--"
"Everyone's saying that your the girl in the picture!" Andreanna finished off for Layla, who had fallen over onto the floor and started laughing.
"Oh... umm..." Sandra started before she was interupted by someone tapping her on the shoulder. She turned around and to her surprise it was Ryan Ross. Sandra hadn't realized she was staring until Ryan coughed uncomfortably. "Oh. Sorry. You're kind of fun to look at. Yes?"
Ryan was in Brendon's band and was Brendon's bestfriend. Many people even thought they were so close that they were actually gay for eachother. Sandra was one of the few who believed that they weren't gay. "You probably already know me but I'm Ryan and that--" he turned and pointed at Brendon who was standing not too far away, "Is my buddy Brendon. So, Brendon has this insane love for you and wanted to know if he could talk to you for a second. If that's okay with you."
Before she knew it, Layla and Andreanna were shoving her towards Brendon. After they had reached Brendon, being the nosey people they were, they said "Okay. Whaddaya' want Brendon?"
"Well to be honest I wouldn't mind if you left" were the first words that came out of Brendon's mouth.
"Fine. Be that way." they turned and left in a fury.
"Oh my god. If only they would listen to me when I say that!" Sandra exclaimed.
"Hah Hah. It's the charm" Brendon replied.
"So, you wanted to talk to me?"
"Hell yeah he did!"
"Shut up Ryan. You've fulfilled your use in life. You can go die now." Brendon laughed.
"Love you too babe" Ryan joked back and then left.
"You gotta' love him. It's hard not to." Brendon carried on the conversation.
"Haha. Yeah. He seems pretty awesome." Sandra agreed hastily. She wanted to know what Brendon was going to say.
"So, I honestly really want to get to know you Sandra, and I was just wondering if..." Brendon trailed off.
"If...?" Sandra continued. She could feel the butterflies in her stomach and the stupid grin on her face. Brendon Urie was asking her out. Her. Sandra Murdoch.
"Well, " Brendon began shifting around, "I'll just come out and say it. Do you wanna' go out some time? You know like --"
Sandra cut in, "A date?"
Brendon chuckled, "Yeah that. A date."
"Uhm..." Sandra was lost for words. She had never been asked out by a boy who was as gorgeous as Brendon, let alone any boy. They were all a bit itimidated by her intense personality.
"It's okay if you don't want to." Brendon said softly. Then he added ,"I'll understand."
Quickly, before Brendon could carry on, Sandra said-well, more like screamed-, "Yes!"
Then, before Sandra could think over what had just happened, Brendon had pulled her into a hug. It wasn't a bear hug, but it wasn't a 'Don't Really Want To Hug You' hug either. It was the perfect hug. Then Sandra hugged Brendon back. She couldn't believe it. Her and Brendon were going to go out on a date!
Ring!
Ugh. Sandra thought. Why did the bell have to go just then? Why couldn't life go on without the bell signaling that lunch was over? Brendon released Sandra and they got each other's phone numbers and IM addresses. Then they carried on with their normal school day, only both of them couldn't concentrate on anything their teachers were saying.
School was finally over and Sandra decided to wait for Brendon by her locker. Shortly after Sandra had arrived at her locker, Brendon came over and asked her whether she was free to hang out that night. Sandra went through her homework and said that she had too much homework that night but that they could talk over IM and then hang out tomorrow for sure. Brendon was perfectly fine with that and hugged Sandra good-bye and went to his own locker which was two floors above Sandra's.
Sandra headed home to find her mom in the kitchen with a window repair man. The man fixing the window was talking about his daughter and her boyfriend and how they were crazy in love. Then he mentioned that they had gotten into some crazy fights but somehow always ended up happily. Sandra's mom said that she understood the situation. But She added that neither of her daughters had ever had a boyfriend before and that she wouldn't let them until they turned sixteen.
Hearing this for the first time, Sandra turned sheet white, ran upstairs and locked herself in her bedroom using homework as an excuse. In her bedroom she was doing homework, but in between sentences for English she would cough out sobs. By four o'clock she was all teared out. Her mom asked to come in.
"Mhmm." Sandra replied grumpily.
"Andreanna just called. I told her that you were busy and asked if I could take a message." Sandra's mom handed her a sheet of paper, "This is what she said."
The paper read, in black scribble :
Hey Sandy, it's me Andreanna. I was just wondering... how'd it go with Brendon today?
Sandra stared down, not knowing what to say.Gee thanks Andy. Her mom then said, "Who's Brendon Sandy?"
"No one."
"Have it your way then. But I'd just like to let you know, once I meet this boy, you can start dating him whenever you want. I was just trying to sound like a good parent in front of that window repairman. He's pretty sexy don't you think? He's single too! Wink wink."
"Hey! Sandra!"
Sandra swung around to see who it was. Andreanna and Layla came runnning up to her from down the hallway as fast as they could. Before stopping Layla quickly blurted out, "Brendon Urie posted a video over the weekend and the whole school's seen it an-an-an--"

Wink wink."
"Ew. Mom. No. Go. Leave. Please. Ah!"
"Haha okay my darling daughter."
